Overview of Our Services
Technical Support (TS), AKA the TechZone, is a support unit within L&S Information Technology Services (ITS). TS provides computer, printer, and network support services. See our list of services for more information.
Location
The TS shop is located in 274B Van Hise Hall. If our door is open, you are welcome to walk-in for assistance.
Available to
Faculty, staff, and graduate assistants of select L&S departments and programs.
Requirements
TS services cover University-owned equipment. We also provide limited support for personal devices that are primarily used for instructional purposes. Please feel free to inquire if you have questions about what equipment is covered.
