College Services
L&S ITS College Services is a new team working to identify, develop, and provide services for the College and its various constituencies. Currently, targeted services include a shared asset management and inventory system for departments and IT units, a shared ticketing system for interested IT support groups, and a variety of process improvements for common business and IT workflows.
To assist with process improvements, L&S hired a low-code developer to develop applications within campus’ new low code environment, Betty Blocks. The goals is to standardize and streamline numerous processes for both L&S Administration and departmental support staff throughout the college.
